Join us online this Sunday at 10 am. Rev. Polly will sub for Isabel Stenzel with a crowd-sourced message on “Coping With the Uninvited” — practical wisdom from unlikely sources. Join us on Zoom a few minutes before 10 am.
What are “Giving Sundays”?
Some years ago, we began a practice of taking a special collection on one Sunday a month. Five of these collections are for programs and funds operated by our denomination, the United Church of Christ — programs like One Great Hour of Sharing or Neighbors in Need. The other seven collections are for local non-profits that we support in many ways, like Home & Hope and Puente de la Costa Sur. That list rotates year to year, so if you have a local group you think we should consider, let Polly or David know. Giving is entirely voluntary.
