News for Nov 30, 2021

This Sun, Dec 5
This Sunday at 10 am, join us on Zoom for the second Sunday of Advent. Rev. Polly will preach on “Gabriel’s Oboe.” The message incorporates a talk by Karl Paulnack on the power of music. The Giving Sunday collection will be for the UCC Christmas Fund. After the service, there will be a brief congregational meeting to hear the results of the vote on the 2022 budget. The Worship & Arts Committee will meet after that. Join us via Zoom a few minutes before 10 am.

Collection for The Christmas Fund
This Sunday, we'll take a special collection for The Christmas Fund, which has been caring for active and retired clergy and lay employees of the UCC for over 100 years. They provide emergency grants, supplementation of small annuities and health premiums, and Christmas “thank you” gift checks each December to lower-income retirees. Learn more.
